After many years on the market, the old Palmetto trailer park on Norman Drive and Glynn Avenue sold to a commercial developer in December in 2022.  This tract was part of a family estate.  According to Robert Driggers, who represented the seller, there were numerous purchase offers made over the years, but the time was finally right for the sale to go through. The buyer is planning to develop the property for residential and commercial use.
