I was recently offered the opportunity to provide a testimonial for Mr. Robert Driggers after his superlative handling of a recent transaction for me. I have worked with him on numerous commercial transactions over 30 some years. The recent transaction was unique in many ways. On the Friday of November, the 6^th, 2020, around 2:00pm, I received a call from an old friend in Maine. She asked if I might have any interest in her Outpatient Surgery Center building as she had been approached with a cash offer to sell. She stated that if I did have an interest in purchasing the building myself, she would need a confirmed answer by 5:00pm that same day.
