I was recently offered the opportunity to provide a testimonial for Mr. Robert Driggers after his superlative handling of a recent transaction for me. I have worked with him on numerous commercial transactions over 30 some years. The recent transaction was unique in many ways. On the Friday of November, the 6^th, 2020, around 2:00pm, I received a call from an old friend in Maine. She asked if I might have any interest in her Outpatient Surgery Center building as she had been approached with a cash offer to sell. She stated that if I did have an interest in purchasing the building myself, she would need a confirmed answer by 5:00pm that same day. I called Robert for his advice, my accountant, and one of my bankers, as well as my office administrator and practice consultant. After 15-20 minutes, I agreed to purchase the property. I asked Robert to draft the sales document which I signed within the hour and we sent it to the owner for her signature which happened immediately. He was not only always available when I’d call, but very pleasant and very reassuring that all would go well. We closed on time with no hitches.
